What could be done to increase internet access and create more choices for communities nationwide? There should be more libraries or maybe cyber cafes here in the US for people that don't have any internet access at home.
What actions need to be taken to keep the internet open for users and innovators? Maybe make the internet access and computers cheaper for people that cannot afford them.
